1. Confidentiality Agreement

All content discussed, shared, or communicated during any booked session between the client and Nisa Canlar ("the Service Provider") is strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose any information shared during sessions to any third party without the explicit written consent of the other party.

This confidentiality obligation extends to all forms of communication related to booked sessions, including but not limited to video calls, voice calls, text messages within the platform's chat system, and any materials shared during the session.

2. No Recording Policy

Clients and the Service Provider alike agree that no audio, video, or screen recordings of any session shall be made without the explicit written consent of all parties involved. Any unauthorised recording is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of the session and all future bookings, without refund.

Screenshots of shared materials are also prohibited unless permission is expressly granted during the session.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session: If you have already paid, a full refund will be agreed in line with how payment was arranged (usually via the booking chat).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund will be provided.
• No-shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
• Service Provider cancellation: If the Service Provider cancels a session for any reason, a full refund will be issued immediately regardless of timing.

Payment is arranged directly with the Service Provider through your booking chat (for example bank transfer or another method you both agree). Refund timing depends on that arrangement.

4. Limitation of Liability

The services provided by Nisa Canlar are offered in a personal capacity. Sessions including but not limited to consultations, tutoring, music guidance, and horoscope readings are provided "as is" and do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the client based on discussions during sessions. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified professional advice for matters requiring specialised expertise.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment during sessions. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language of any kind
• Sharing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to solicit personal contact information outside the platform
• Any form of threatening or intimidating behaviour

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate session termination and a permanent ban from the platform, without refund.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Personal data collected during registration and booking (name, email address, and details you choose to share for payment) is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Authentication is handled securely through Google OAuth — we do not store passwords.
• We do not process card payments on this site; payment details are agreed privately in your booking chat and are not stored on our servers.
• Chat messages are stored securely and are only accessible to the participants of the relevant booking.
• We will never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, advice, content, and methods shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from sessions.

8. Booking Agreement

By completing a booking on this platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to all terms outlined in this document.
• You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
• The information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• You understand and accept the refund and cancellation policy.

9. Amendments

The Service Provider reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
